Apple & Date Smoothie

Super easy, super quick and super delicious, the names describes itself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold milk (250ml)
  • 1 red apple, quartered and pitted
  • 5 dates, halved and pitted

Preparation:

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend for about 2 mins until smooth.
  2. Smoothie is ready; serve at once. (This makes 2 regular glasses of smoothie)

P.S: This smoothie can be made with almost anything: pears, apples, bananas, strawberries, or anything you want, just mix and experience it! The dates can also be replaced by 1-2 tbsp sugar if desired.
